Lisa Warden is a postdoctoral associate at the Geophysical Laboratory.  She is working with Bob Hazen investigating evolving geomicrobiology of Earth systems.  Lisa uses network analysis to identify relationships and patterns among metagenomes and physical/chemical parameters from a broad range of environments.  She is also interested in examining paleoenvironments using a variety of methods.

Prior to GL, Warden obtained her Ph.D. from The Royal Netherlands Institute of Sea Research (NIOZ) in Marine Microbiology and Biogeochemistry (MMB).
