Summer Internship Program

The Department of Terrestrial Magnetism (DTM) and the Geophysical Laboratory (GL) are departments within the Carnegie Institution for Science at Broad Branch Road, a nonprofit scientific research organization located on a beautiful park-like campus. Our science covers a broad area of research in the fields of Earth and space science, from astrophysics to mantle dynamics, from earthquakes to cosmochemistry, and from astrobiology to material science. Carnegie Institution for Science offers exciting opportunities for high school seniors and undergraduates at the BBR campus to complete a paid internship for a period of two months during the summer.
